Chief Financial Officer

Alexa joined The Neiders Company in April 2023 as our Chief Financial Officer, bringing a wealth of financial expertise cultivated through a diverse career in the real estate industry. Before joining our team, she honed her financial expertise in Public Accounting at Grant Thornton, later transitioning to Corporate Accounting with a focus on real estate investments in the office sector.

With an impressive career spanning over 15 years, Alexa’s extensive knowledge and strategic financial acumen significantly contribute to the success of our organization. She earned her undergraduate degree in Business Administration–Accounting from Western Washington University and furthered her academic pursuits with a Master’s in Accounting from the University of Washington.

Originally from Sammamish Alexa now calls Bremerton her home. Beyond her professional achievements, she has cultivated a deep passion for equestrian pursuits. Alexa has been actively involved in training and riding horses for over 30 years, currently fostering a special connection with her Andalusian mare of over 18 years.

Outside the stable, Alexa leads an active lifestyle, finding joy in various outdoor pursuits. From cycling and kayaking to rowing, swimming, camping, and bike-packing adventures with friends, she seamlessly blends her love for nature with her vibrant social life. Alexa’s holistic approach to both her professional and personal spheres underscores her commitment to excellence and well-rounded fulfillment in every aspect of her life.
