Animal Policy

The Neiders Company properties are all pet-friendly communities. All pets will be subject to a refundable pet deposit of $200 per pet and a non-refundable fee of $200. Nevada has a non refundable $300 Pet Fee. (subject to vary per jurisdictional guidelines). Please check with your Community Manager to learn the details on site-specific weight/breed restrictions, pet fees, and max pet allowed per household. Pet rent will be charged for dogs and cats at $35 per monthly for each pet. (subject to vary per jurisdictional guidelines)
