Pet Policy

We know how much you love your pets; which is why all our of communities are pet-friendly! Check with your Community Manager to learn the details on site-specific weight restrictions and pet fees.

All pets will be subject to a refundable pet deposit of $300 for the first pet, $200 for each additional pet, and a non-refundable fee of $100. Each household is limited to a maximum of two pets. Pet rent will be charged for dogs and cats at $25 a month for each pet.

Breed Restrictions

Our communities do not allow any full or mixes of the following dog breeds:

  • Pit Bull/Staffordshire Terrier
  • American Bulldog
  • Tosa Inu
  • German Shepherd
  • Fila Bradileriro
  • Presa Canario
  • Argentine Dogo
  • Doberman Pinscher
  • Rottweiler
  • Akita
  • Alaskan Malamute
  • Siberian Husky/Wolf Hybrids
