Amy Vande Kamp joined The Neiders Company in October 2025 as Vice President of Real Estate, bringing over two decades of multifamily industry expertise, primarily focused in the Pacific Northwest. Her comprehensive background spans property management, corporate operations, budgeting, team leadership and mentorship, underwriting, and the acquisition and disposition of multifamily assets across all classes.

Amy is a dynamic and passionate business leader with a deep understanding of what creates a meaningful and satisfying living experience for residents. During her tenure at Greystar, she specialized in leasing and stabilizing new high-rise communities in downtown Seattle, including McKenzie, Via6, Alto, and Sequel. She is a firm believer that Class A service should be accessible to all residents, regardless of asset class, and is committed to delivering high-quality, timely service throughout The Neiders Company portfolio.

Prior to joining The Neiders Company, Amy served as Senior Director of Operations for Cushman & Wakefield’s Seattle multifamily team, where she led strategic initiatives and operational excellence for five years. She also held a brokerage role at Moran & Company, managing multifamily transactions across the PNW region. Earlier in her career, Amy spent 11 years with Greystar, building a strong foundation in property and regional management. Amy is a licensed real estate broker in Washington State and holds a Bachelor of Arts in Journalism with a minor in English from Texas A&M University.

Outside of work, Amy is a devoted patron of the arts. She finds joy and inspiration in live musical theatre and plays and regularly attends local performances. Her passion for storytelling and the stage reflects her appreciation for creativity, community, and the human experience. Amy is also a proud cat lover. Her feline companions bring her daily joy, and she cherishes the comfort, personality, and companionship they add to her life.
