Vice President of Accounting

Roxana Forghani joined The Neiders Company in June 2026 as Vice President of Accounting, bringing more than a decade of finance and accounting leadership experience within the commercial real estate industry. She oversees the company’s accounting operations, financial reporting, budgeting, forecasting, treasury management, and financial controls, helping ensure the continued growth and financial strength of The Neiders Company portfolio.

Prior to joining The Neiders Company, Roxana held senior finance and accounting positions with industry-leading organizations including CBRE and Hines. Throughout her career, she has managed the financial performance of real estate portfolios across the United States and Canada, developing expertise in financial planning and analysis, operational accounting, portfolio reporting, capital planning, and process improvement.

Roxana is passionate about building transparent, accurate, and timely financial reporting systems that support strategic decision-making and operational excellence. Her results-driven approach and commitment to accountability help position The Neiders Company for sustainable growth while supporting its mission of creating exceptional communities for residents.
She is a licensed Certified Public Accountant (CPA) in Washington State. Roxana earned her Bachelor of Technology in Accounting from the British Columbia Institute of Technology in Vancouver, Canada.

Outside of work, Roxana enjoys mountaineering and exploring the Pacific Northwest. She has successfully summited Mount Rainier and Mount St. Helens and continues to pursue new challenges in the region’s iconic mountain ranges. Her passion for the outdoors reflects the determination, preparation, and perseverance she brings to her professional life.
