Pet Policy

The Neiders Company properties are all pet-friendly communities. Check with your Community Manager to learn the details on site-specific weight restrictions and pet fees.  All pets will be subject to a refundable pet deposit of $200 for the first pet (NO refundable deposit in Nevada), $100 for each additional pet, and a non-refundable fee of $200 ($300 NRF in Nevada). Each household is limited to a maximum of three pets.  Pet rent will be charged for dogs and cats at $25 ($35 in Nevada) monthly for each pet.
