Cory Beetley serves as Corporate Counsel for The Neiders Company, bringing more than 12 years of experience practicing law. His legal background encompasses both transactional and litigation matters, with extensive experience in commercial and residential real estate, business and corporate law, contract law, civil litigation, and landlord-tenant law. Prior to joining The Neiders Company, Cory operated his own law practice in Florida and Washington and served as an associate attorney with a Seattle-based law firm.

At The Neiders Company, Cory provides legal counsel across the company’s operations in Washington, Arizona, Nevada, and New Mexico. He manages a broad range of legal matters, including litigation and dispute resolution, landlord-tenant law, property management matters, real estate acquisitions and financing, corporate governance and structuring, contract drafting and negotiations, employment law, regulatory compliance, insurance and liability matters, and risk management.

Cory works closely with executive leadership, finance, and operations teams to navigate complex legal matters and develop practical, business-oriented legal strategies. His approach emphasizes sound legal judgment, proactive risk management, and efficient resolution of legal issues while supporting informed business decisions, operational efficiency, and the company’s long-term growth.

Cory is a licensed attorney in Washington, Florida, New Jersey, and Arizona, and is also a commissioned Notary Public in Washington State.
