Joe joined The Neiders Company in January 2026 as a Regional Manager for the Las Vegas market, bringing nearly three decades of high-level hospitality and property management experience to the team. A graduate of Washington State University, where he excelled as a student-athlete, Joe transitioned his competitive drive into a career in hospitality starting in 1997 with Hilton Hotels.

During his tenure with Hilton, Joe established a world-class foundation in operations and customer service before pivoting into the property management sector. With over 29 years of industry experience, he possesses a sophisticated understanding of market dynamics and operational excellence. Now a resident of Las Vegas, Joe oversees regional growth with a focus on hospitality-driven management.

When he isn’t optimizing regional operations, you can find Joe on the golf course, hiking Nevada’s trails, or hitting the pickleball courts.
