Stephenie joined The Neiders Company in September 2025 as Director of Operations for the Southwest Region, bringing a decade of experience in property management, regional operations, and organizational leadership. Her background spans operational strategy, compliance, financial modeling, team development, and the launch and stabilization of new business initiatives.

Stephenie is a dynamic, solutions‑driven leader known for blending analytical rigor with a people‑first approach. She has built her career on strengthening operational systems, elevating service standards, and creating environments where teams feel supported, aligned, and empowered. Her expertise includes scenario planning, budget oversight, workflow optimization, and the development of scalable processes that support both growth and long‑term sustainability.

Before joining The Neiders Company, Stephenie held progressive leadership roles in property management and business operations, where she oversaw large portfolios, guided cross‑functional teams, and led initiatives focused on efficiency, culture, and resident experience. Her work has consistently centered on building trust through clear communication, strong compliance practices, and a commitment to delivering high‑quality service across all asset types.

Stephenie is a licensed real estate professional in the state of Nevada and holds a COS (Certified Occupancy Specialist) designation. She earned her bachelor’s degree at the University of Nevada, Las Vegas, which laid the foundation for her work in operations, compliance, and team leadership.
