Her expertise includes scenario planning, budget oversight, workflow optimization, and the development of scalable processes that support both growth and long‑term sustainability.
Before joining The Neiders Company, Stephenie held progressive leadership roles in property management and business operations, where she oversaw large portfolios, guided cross‑functional teams, and led initiatives focused on efficiency, culture, and resident experience. Stephenie is a licensed real estate professional in the state of Nevada and holds a COS (Certified Occupancy Specialist) designation. She earned her bachelor’s degree at the University of Nevada, Las Vegas, which laid the foundation for her work in operations, compliance, and team leadership.
