Payroll Coordinator

Q: When did you start working with us and what was your role?

A: I started with the company February 2023 and was brought on as the Payroll & HR Coordinator.

Q: How did you get started in the industry?

A: My background and first love is Social Work! I’ve learned over the years you can be an advocate and serve the public with any career, whether payroll or a Social Worker. Between the two, I’ve spent a total of 7 years in payroll.

Q: What is your favorite part of working at our company?

A: My favorite part about working for the Neiders company is the people. Although I’m more behind the scenes, I love being able to connect with staff to help problem solve and be part of their experience with the company.

Q: What do you think makes our team culture unique?

A: Although our roles and day to day are very different, working with our small team of women, brings diversity and opportunities to learn from each other. We come from different walks of life and have unique skills, experience and knowledge that truly challenge growth.

Q: What is one of the coolest things that you wish people knew about our company?

A: The coolest thing about my job is connecting with employees, even if it’s through crunching numbers and helping problem solve!

Q: Describe what a perfect day outside of work would look like for you.

A: Perfect day for me would be waking up to the sun, loading the car with picnic items, our bikes, paddleboard, tent and heading to the lake!

Q: What’s one thing on your bucket list?

A: Next up on the bucket list is Hawaii!

Q: What’s one thing people don’t know about you that they would be surprised to find out?

A: I was adopted at the age of 12!
