Q: When did you start working with us and what was your role?

A: I started working with The Neiders Company in February of 2022 as a Community Manager.

Q: How did you get started in the industry?

A: My first job in property management was as a part time leasing agent over 9 years ago – I have worked in many different roles – leasing, leasing manager, maintenance coordinator, assistant manager, community manager and now district manager. Each role has taught me a lot and helped me to be well rounded in our industry.

Q: What is your favorite part of working at our company?

A: My favorite part of working at our company would be my team and my love for renovations!

Q: What do you think makes our team culture unique?

A: TNC really cares about their employees – we give so many opportunities to learn and grow within the company. We do well with working with each other and sending over different leads to help each other get as many move-ins as possible. TNC gives all employees the tools they need to be successful and organization for training.

Q: What is one of the coolest things that you wish people knew about our company?

A: The coolest part of my job is being able to help people find their new home, everyone has a different story and housing is a huge part of it for everyone, and they should always have a positive experience. On move in day when you see your new resident getting their keys all happy is what our job is all about, creating a nice friendly place to call home.

Q: Describe what a perfect day outside of work would look like for you.

A: The perfect day for me involves sitting around the pool with my fiancé and our 3 pups, some vegan tacos and some good house music.

Q: What’s one thing on your bucket list?

A: Skydiving!

Q: What’s one thing people don’t know about you that they would be surprised to find out?

A: I have been vegetarian since I was 21, for over 8 years, and never looked back.
