About Crestline Apartments

As an income-restricted property, our rents are usually less than those in the neighborhood!  We do have some income restrictions, so we’ll do a quick pre-screen before you come in! Located just off of I-405, you can go north or south, depending on your needs! We welcome 4-legged family members (call for details) as well as professional staff, including our team in the office and on the property. A small community, we value each other as neighbors and enjoy time together at our community barbecue and picnic table. Each apartment has amazing closet space, a fireplace and the option to have a full size washer and dryer!  This is in addition to the private patio or deck with a small storage closet as well. Grocery stores, schools and parks are within a few minutes from our property, including a newly renovated city park!

We do not accept a comprehensive reusable tenant screening reports.
