As a weekly-stay hotel, we love the fact that our building has an amazing history.  Built-in 1907, it’s unique look and amazing skylight on the 3^rd floor are fabulous to look at! We are located in the heart of Capitol Hill, so whatever you are looking for in Seattle, you can find in this neighborhood! Each room comes with a bed, small additional furniture, a sink counter space, and storage.   A few rooms do offer private restroom facilities, but most of our residents enjoy the dorm-like feel of the shared facilities at the end of the hall on each floor. More importantly, rent by the week, without worrying about a long-term lease! There is street parking available. Rent is due each each and we do require guests to pay in advance. We provide clean sheets, simply let our office staff know that you would like this weekly service. Each floor has restroom facilities including showers and sinks ensuring your convenience and comfort throughout your stay.

We do not accept a comprehensive reusable tenant screening reports.
